Pear Lime Cinnamon Apple Chutney
Celia's Pear Lime Cinnamon white balsamic vinegar
Ingredients
2 cooking apples, cored & chopped
2 onions, peeled & very finely chopped
2 ounces dried apricots
1 ounce raisins
5 ounces sugar
1/4 cup Celia's Pear Lime Cinnamon white balsamic vinegar
fresh ground black pepper
Directions
Place the apples, onions, apricots, raisins, sugar, vinegar and black pepper in a saucepan.
Bring to the boil and then simmer gently for 30 minutes until the mixture has reduced, thickened slightly and turned a golden color.
Cool slightly and transfer into 2 sterilized jars. Seal and freeze or store in fridge.
